Get Me Connected provides Internet and WiFi access at events to its customers, all orders are placed in advance and are paid for in advance.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
Refund and Cancelation Policy
All cancellations must be received at least 10 business working days before the start of the booked WiFi service date. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (info@get-me-connected) or by telephone (01788 377777)
If pre-paid orders are cancelled before the 10 business working days period then a refund will be issued via Get Me Connected’s online payment service or a Cheque will be issued, this may take up to 7 days to complete.
We are unable to offer refunds for WiFi services after they have been carried out
